This policy explains what sendme.feedback collects when you create a feedback page or send feedback to someone, and how that information is used.
Information we collect
- Page owners: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), display name, username, and optional branding such as a logo URL. If you sign in with LINE we receive your LINE user ID, display name and profile picture.
- People sending feedback: the message you write, optional title, category, rating and mood, and — only if you choose to provide it — your email address. No account is needed and feedback is anonymous by default.
- Technical data: cookies for sign-in sessions, language preference and a random identifier used to prevent duplicate roadmap votes. IP addresses are used transiently to limit spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To deliver feedback to the page owner by email and in their dashboard.
- To categorise and summarise feedback automatically with AI.
- To keep the service secure and prevent spam.
We do not sell personal information and we do not show feedback publicly.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the service:
- Vercel — hosting
- Neon — database
- Brevo — email delivery
- Anthropic — AI categorisation and summaries of feedback text
- LINE — optional sign-in
Retention and your choices
Feedback is kept until the page owner deletes it or closes their account. Page owners can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
